Looks a bit gaudy, and extra wide due to the LCD, but that VRM and cooling system look top notch.

Sheesh - no kidding. That's a top tier PCB layout and power delivery system. Wow.

The price though is purely eye-watering.

Call me back when anything can beat my Titan Xp SLI.
  • sc14s - Thursday, May 4, 2017 - link

Really depends on the usage but this card can in fact in some situations outmuscle the Titan XP.. so I guess I'm calling you now?

So you're comparing two overpriced cards to one overpriced card? Or just here to talk about your purported Titan Xp SLI?

The HOF? David Hasselhoff? Where's Knight Rider and Baywatch when you need them?
  • HomeworldFound - Thursday, May 4, 2017 - link

You need to catch up, Baywatch is now Alexandra Daddario and Dwayne Johnson

The Rock could never replace the HOF.

Cool card! This type of design should be utilized on all further high-end GPUs from here on out.

There was also a typo in the article: "locked at 1645/1759 MHz (base/boost) and suses a custom 12-layer PCB developed by Palit." - should be "uses" Just thought I would point it out so a staffer can fix it. :)

    It's Yuge....and so is it's price o_o

I would not hesitate to rip that oversized triple-fan nonsense off and just waterblock the entire PCB. That said, I wish other manufacturers would take EVGA's approach and make fully blocked versions of their cards, even if it meant playing ball with companies like EK. Watercooling should not be limited to just reference cards, and makes almost no sense when these over-engineered non-reference designs are the better product that would benefit more from it.

    Minor typo Anton -

"and suses a custom 12-layer PCB"
